On September 10th I will again be taking on the 13.1 miles that is the Great North Run half marathon. Together with my good friend Marcus Dearns I am aiming to raise as much money as possible for the Leeds based charity Sunshine and Smiles. Sunshine and smiles is a fantastic charity which provides support and advice for children and young people and their families with Down Syndrome in the Leeds area. The work that they do is invaluable and I'm very proud to be representing them on the start line in Newcastle! Please donate whatever you can, large or small, messages of support are also very welcome! Thank you :)
