The National 3 peaks challenge in 24 hours is strenuous! We will be trekking the 3 highest mountains in the UK over Scotland, England and Wales which are Ben Nevis, Scafell and Snowdon!
In 24hrs we will walk about 36km, climb over 3000m (and come down) and drive over 450 miles.... sounds painful!!!!!
This is to raise funds for Sunshine and Smiles charity who provide essential support Michelle’s Nephew Luke and his family.
Luke has Down Syndrome and like others with this syndrome he requires addition speech and language, behavioural support, career opportunities and so much more which Sunshine’s and Smiles strives to provide.
For this level of support to continue for families like Luke’s they need continued support from the community...
