He's a nice guy, always ready to go the extra mile for his friends (and for charity).
After finishing the iconic Elfsteden Ultraloop in the Netherlands (230km, 28h:01m:00s) I am going to take on the Cotswold 24 Hour Race in Cirencester (100milerun.com/cotswold-24-hour-race) and raise again funds for KEEN (keenlondon.org).
KEEN London is the only charity in London providing one-to-one support at free sports and activity sessions for children with additional needs or disabilities. KEEN believes no child should miss out on the benefits of sports and physical activity. With the support of their amazing volunteers, their weekly sessions give young athletes the chance to play games, make friends and, most importantly, have fun!
At every session, each athlete is paired with a trained volunteer coach for individual support to benefit from one-to-one attention and care. It also means parents can leave their children in a secure and safe environment.
For families, volunteers, supporters and athletes, this means the KEEN family is one of a kind: welcoming, safe, supportive, rewarding and fun.
