This past January, I experienced a profound loss when my uncle succumbed to his battle with mental health. I've witnessed my dad's struggles over the years and supported my partner through anxiety. These personal experiences have opened my eyes to the critical importance of addressing men's mental health.

To combat this issue, myself and Scott will be participating in a charity run everyday in April, for Men’s Minds Matter. Throughout April, they are challenging participants to run 50k in 30 days. I’ve decided to take it a step further by running 90k over the month—3k every day—to raise funds for this vital cause. This challenge not only allows us to support an incredible cause but also serves as a reminder that physical activity plays a vital role in mental well-being.

Why running? Research shows that physical activity can significantly improve mental well-being, providing a powerful outlet for stress relief. By joining this challenge, I hope to inspire conversations around mental health, promote awareness, and raise crucial funds for those in need.
