Having done 2 previous Ring of Fire challenges, I can officially say I didn't enjoy the cycling much (Japanese flag comes to mind) But this year is different. We are support 3 amazing charities meaning a lot to me and so many more.
1. #4ED - Going through his biggest battle yet, facing MND. Known him and his family since middle school, team mates at MK and all-round top guy. The money raised will be helping him create lifelong memories with his amazing family.
2. Willen Hospice - offering end of life care and support to 1000s of families, Grandad and Aunty Jude to name but 2.
3. MKRUFC - providing high quality rugby across all of MK
Anything you can do to help these 3 charities would be much appreciated.
