Well it will be less than a month until I will be on the start line for the Hull Marathon! It is 19 years since I ran a road Marathon and I decided it was time I had another go, so I chose Hull because it is local, I grew up in the villages West of Hull, my family still live there and it is Hull City of Culture for 2017 so why not! I am raising money for Sunshine and Smiles which is a Leeds based Charity supporting children with Down syndrome and their families. Eleanor is supported through Smilers group for older children and they enjoy activities such as cinema, bowling, climbing wall, playing boccia, cooking, and drama. Eleanor also enjoys swimming lessons, family fun days, and the Christmas party. Please sponsor me so I can help Sunshine and Smiles continue the great support it offers to many families in Leeds.
