The amazing Paul Sharrocks, one of our trainee Homeless Pastors for Blackburn and Accrington is sleeping Rough for five consecutive nights. Paul has chosen to sleep out in five of the towns that we operate outreach for the Homeless: Accrington, Blackburn, Leeds, Bradford and Halifax.
He’s sleeping rough from March 24th -29th, on the anniversary of him leaving homelessness two years ago. Paul used to live under a motorway bridge for a long time!
He now has his own flat and is clean from all substances, attending recovery regularly in fact he delivers a 12 step group in Burnley.
Paul volunteers on outreach with The Homeless Pastors and Volunteers at Light groups. He is supporting the most vulnerable people in society.
