50 coffees

I've had a brain fart. I've only gone and entered the Leeds triathlon (go tri distance, same as last year) 
I'm a late entry this year as many will know, I've not been well for the last 6 months, I'm getting there, but it's a long slow process (nothing is done at speed when it comes to mental health). I have been contemplating whether to enter this year or not, but with encouragement from Jenny (at my doctors), Owen from carers Leeds and friends, I have decided to give it a shot. 

I am not doing it as a race, nor do I expect to beat my times from last year (I'm 2st heavier this year) but my main aim is to complete all 3 disciplines. 

SHIT!!!! I have 4 weeks to get my but in gear, all help needed. 

Double SHIT!!!!!! I've got to squeeze into my wet suit (squeeze being the operative word. AND I have to cut my fingernails - last years experience of fingernails and wet suits was extremely painful to say the least. 

I will however be raising money, my aim of £150, for Carers Leeds Concerned Other team, through out the last few years they have given me the tools and strength to deal with Nigels addiction. We meet every month, and they;re there at the end of the line. Even though Nigel is in recovery, it doesn't mean our journey is over, their support is ongoing as long as I need it. And I do. Recovery is for life, both his and mine. I honestly don't know where I would be now, if it wasn't for carers and their support. 

Please donate - it would help me feel great knowing I've given something back. It's the cost of 50 decent coffees, so if anyone wants to forfeit a coffee to sponsor me, it would be greatly appreciated. At the moment I also have a paper sponsor form if anyone wants to contribute.
Oh and on satruday 8th June between 9 and 1, depending what time my wave goes off. feel free to come and watch us cross that finish line
