Men’s mental health is critically important, yet it is often overlooked due to stigma, social expectations, and pressure to appear strong or unemotional. Many men struggle in silence, which can lead to serious consequences such as depression, anxiety, and even higher rates of suicide. Encouraging open conversations, normalizing vulnerability, and promoting access to support can help break down these barriers. Prioritizing men’s mental well-being not only improves individual lives but also strengthens families, relationships, and communities as a whole, that's why I'm walking 50K in April.
