I am going to be doing a couch to 5K as part of the May 100 with Flamingo Chicks with an end goal of running the Richmond 5K Race for Life. I have never been a runner, only ever running for the bus so it’s going to be a challenge. It’s a really worthy cause and any money donated to Flamingo Chicks will be greatly appreciated.
