This fundraiser is incredibly close to my heart. I’m running 75 kilometres over the course of a month in memory of my dad, who I lost to suicide. It’s a pain no one should have to go through and yet far too many do.
75% of all suicides in the UK are men. That’s not just a statistic, it’s fathers, sons, brothers, and friends. So I’m running for Men’s Minds Matter, a charity working to prevent male suicide and encourage open conversations around mental health. In July, I will be running 75km across the month, which is 2.5km every day.
This challenge is about more than the miles, it’s about raising awareness, breaking the stigma, and helping men feel safe enough to speak up before it’s too late.
If you can donate, share, or simply start a conversation, it would mean the world to me.
Thank you ❤️
