On January 25th, I’ll be taking on the Arc of Attrition UTMB Ultra, running 50 miles along the stunning yet challenging South West Coast Path from Porthcurno to Porthtowan. This iconic race, known for its dramatic coastline and rugged terrain, passes landmarks like Land’s End, completing an 'arc' around Cornwall’s southern tip. With a strict 15.5-hour time limit, my personal goal is to finish within 11 hours—a true test of endurance and determination!
I started running in May 2023, and one year later, I completed The Pennine Barrier Ultra, a 50+ mile race across the Yorkshire Dales. Now, I’m proud to tackle this second ultra to raise funds for The Principle Trust Children's Charity, which provides free week-long respite holidays for disadvantaged, underprivileged, and disabled children across Yorkshire.
These breaks offer much-needed relief from daily struggles, enhancing mental health, strengthening family bonds, and creating lasting memories for children facing poverty, trauma, or disabilities. My fundraising goal is £1,000—enough to give two families a week of respite and joy.
Please help me make a difference by donating generously. Together, we can provide life-changing experiences for children who need them most.
