Charity fight nation 8 A Forster

As many of you know this will be the 3rd time for me stepping in the ring in aid of TONIC which is a great charity for people suffering with mental health problems. I’ve witnessed people who suffer with mental health, it’s a horrible thing to see, someone to go from being the happiest person in the world to literally having no where to go and nowhere to turn too, my brother was one of them people who sadly kept his depression very quiet and decided to take his own life which completely destroyed me. I am now currently watching my husband go threw depression which is awful. The good thing with dan with a little push from me has decided to speak about it and do something to help him, so this time dan this one is for you! I know u can beat this ? so I’m asking everyone please dig deep and donate anything you can so people like dan can get the help they need. Thank you kindly x
