On 13th December , myself Aimee and my amazing gym partner and friend Cat will be taking on a hybrid fitness competition! We’ll be pushing our bodies and minds to their absolute limits, testing our strength, endurance, and determination all for an incredible cause.

We’re doing this to raise money and awareness for the amazing Invictus wellbeing charity who help support young people and children from 5-25! So they are able to get the support they truly need.

Every donation, big or small, will make a real difference and keep us motivated to give it our all on competition day. Your support means the world to us and will help drive us through every rep, run, and lift!
