The  Eddystone Pursuit out to the Lighthouse is the largest event of its type in the South West. It's for boats of all sizes and with a variety of crews including some children from Horizons Plymouth Sailing Charity.  We support young people who are disadvantaged, disabled or need the benefit of learning new skills in a challenging environment.  Some of our work is with Plymouth schools.   To do this we raise funds and have the support of a fantastic group of volunteers some of whom will also be raising funds and participating in the well established event.  The feedback we get is amazing and sometimes the experience is truly transformational.
