Pretty much every Saturday Ameerah and I volunteer at Keen London, a charity that provides 1:1 care for disabled children. We have recently become team leaders, expanding our responsibilities and love being able to give back to our community. Despite fairly inconsistent exercise over lockdown we have signed up to run Hackney Half Marathon to raise money for Keen and would love your support. £10 can provide a sensory ball, £20 can pay for 2 children to use the trampoline park with 1:1 volunteer support, £100 transforms a volunteer into a coach. Every penny goes to the charity. Thank you!
