The Life Project is an amazing charity that helps adults with learning disabilities to thrive. The are committed to protecting and promoting the health and wellbeing of people with learning disabilities and their families. Their work is so, so important and genuinely lifechanging, so in March I will be running my first half marathon (eek) to raise some money to support them! Any donations (and also tips on how to survive a half marathon) are so appreciated!!
