I’m doing a skydive in aid of men’s minds matter, men are often lead to believe that speaking up about their mental health is “weak” and they feel afraid to speak up incase they get dismissed or seen as “less of a man”.

Well my aim is that by me jumping out of a plane at 15,000 feet this will help men conquer their own fears and speak up and reach out when they need help, it’s okay to not be okay and it’s okay to ask for help and talk to someone.
