From the 4th - 7th July 2025 members of the Arc team will be taking on the challenge of cycling 400 miles across Spain from Madrid to Malaga.
We will be raising money for a charity close to our hearts (Men's Minds Matter) in memory of Mark Spring, a close friend to members of the Arc team, a loving Father, Partner and Son, sadly missed by all.
Men's Minds Matter are a Suicide Intervention & Prevention Specialist charity that specialise in developing and delivering psychological interventions for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts, while also advocating for and raising awareness about male suicide.
Men currently make up 76% of all suicides in the UK
On average more than 13 men a day take their own lives

There are many issues and pressures that men and boys face which require our attention, more needs to be done to help them.
