Astrid attempts to run the Bath Half

I am going to be running the Bath Half Marathon this year for Make a Move charity.

Make a move is a charity that helps people make positive changes in their lives and improve their mental health using movement, music, mindfulness and a range of other creative and therapeutic techniques.

I aiming to raise £500 for this charity. As you will know I am in to fitness but running is not my specialty and this is definitely going to be a challenge for me!
