On May 9th 2026, I will be abseiling down the National Lift Tower in Northampton. An extreme abseil. The tallest abseil tower in the world.

The only advice that I have been given is ' DONT LOOK DOWN'. (I am quite wary of heights too!)...so I am really facing my fear doing this.

This event has been organised my MKRUFC as part of the Ring of Fire Bike Ride 10th anniversary series. (There are 20 events in total).

We will be raising funds for some great charities :

1. Willen Hospice Willen Hospice | Compassionate Care for the Community

2. MNDA/ 4ED MND Association | Fighting motor neurone disease

3. C-R-Y Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY)

and a new panel of smaller charities, and supporting youth rugby.

All donations go to the causes and the cost of this activity is covered by myself or external sponsors (my Uncle)
