With the cost-of-living crisis deepening, The Towcester Community Larder has seen an exponential increase in numbers, with over 200 families per week using the Larder. Over 3.5 tonnes of food are distributed per week, with the majority of this being saved from landfill. Fruit and veg is provided for free to increase the health and wellbeing within the community and they also deliver to the elderly and vulnerable members and those with mobility issues.
Our Charity Walk this year is aiming to raise awareness and funds to this much needed service for our community.
