My Name is Christopher Weyers and I'm hiking up Snowdon to support Men’s Minds Matter—a charity dedicated to men’s mental health and suicide prevention.
Too many men suffer in silence. Suicide remains one of the leading causes of death for men in the UK, and the stigma around opening up still prevents many from getting the support they need. Men’s Minds Matter works to break that silence, offering life-saving resources, education, and support tailored specifically for men.
This climb is more than a personal challenge—it's a symbol of the uphill battles many men face every day. By taking on Snowdon, I hope to raise awareness, spark conversations, and raise vital funds to help this amazing charity continue its work.
My goal is to raise at least £300. Every donation—big or small—makes a real difference. Together, we can help more men find hope, support, and the strength to keep going.
Thank you for backing this cause and helping me take meaningful steps for men’s mental health.

Trekking the highest mountain in England and Wales (1,085m) during the daytime is a great challenge, but reaching the peak at sunset and having a blanket of stars as your backdrop on the descent brings another sense of achievement to an awesome trek.
