Support Team Bidwell in the Eddystone Charity Sailing Pursuit!

Bidwell, skippered by Peter Carpenter, will be taking on the 23-mile round trip to the Eddystone Lighthouse as part of the Eddystone Charity Sailing Pursuit, a fantastic event that supports charities working to improve lives and communities.

We’re proud to be sailing in support of Horizons Plymouth, a local children’s sailing charity that opens up life-changing opportunities on the water for young people aged 8 and above. Horizons helps young people, particularly those facing disadvantage or disability, build confidence, improve wellbeing, and develop lifelong skills through sailing.

Horizons receives no government funding and relies entirely on donations and fundraising to keep its programmes running.

Every donation, big or small, goes directly towards giving local children the chance to experience the freedom, joy, and growth that sailing can offer.
