I’m really out of my depths here.
Strength or sprint training any day but long distance cardio, what have I got myself in for but it’s for charity and it’s a challenge and I love a challenge so here goes.
We’ll be riding from Blackpool to Whitby in 24hrs, that’s 151miles 😬, I’m going to need some decent padded shorts.
