The Bradford Players are putting on a series of live performances across February of singing and acting from past and present members.
We are raising money for The Memory Tree CIC. The Memory Tree is a local Community Interest Company (not-for-profit) founded in 2012 to provide support to families living with dementia in their local area. Based in the Bradford Metropolitan area (in Shipley) it runs four Memory Clubs across the district in Shipley, Idle, Keighley and Low Moor. Each Memory Club meets twice a month to bring together people with dementia and their carers for friendship and support. Meetings are continuing through lockdown under an exemption for support groups alongside additional support (welfare calls, a What’s App Support and Quiz group and twice monthly Zoom meetings). The Memory Tree also works with other community groups to share knowledge, experience and resources. To find out more visit their website: www.thememorytree.org.uk or their Facebook page www.facebook.com/thememorytreecic. New referrals should contact Elizabeth on 01274 583364 to find out how to join
