Claire’s May 100 Swimathon

I’m supporting Flamingo Chicks May100 campaign by busting my body out of lockdown hibernation to swim 2,500 metres in May - 1 metre for every Flamingo Chick who danced with us in 2020!.

I am very proud to be a trustee of Flamingo Chicks, a multi-award-winning charity and inclusive community giving all children, including those with disabilities and illnesses such as cancer, the opportunity to enjoy dance, explore movement and learn alongside friends. They also provide a vital peer support network for parents and carers, intergenerational volunteering, global outreach and advocacy. 

May100 is vital to continuing our work and will help us reach many more children in the coming year. Please give as much as you can afford - every little bit makes a massive difference and will be a huge incentive to me!
