Bristol to London and back again for May 100

Throughout the month of May some of my friends and I will be taking on the challenge of covering the equivalent of travelling from Bristol to London and back again, which is just over 100 miles each way. We will be doing this by walking/cycling/running and swimming, all to raise money for Flamingo Chicks during their May 100 event. 

Flamingo Chicks is an inclusive community giving all children, including disabled children and those with illnesses such as cancer, the opportunity to enjoy dance and explore movement alongside friends. They also provide a vital peer support network for parents and carers, intergenerational volunteering, global outreach and advocacy!

Flamingo Chicks is a community tackling social isolation using dance as a mechanism. 72% of parents and carers say they are now better able to cope with the demands of caring for a disabled child. 94% told us Flamingo Chicks has made them re-evaluate what their child is capable of.

I know times are tough at the moment financially but please find it within yourself to help us raise £100 for this amazing charity, every donation however small it may be will go a very long way! Stay tuned for lots of updates on our progress too!
