Each choir meets once a month. The Leeds choirs at Meanwood community centre and the Wakefield one at Manygates Music Centre. They perform at concerts during the year including at the Lord Mayors annual Christmas concert in Leeds a Town Hall and at the Kings Hall in Ilkley in July.

YAMSEN:SpeciallyMusic run 2 Leeds based children's choirs for children with additional needs in the West Yorkshire area. Due to popular demand they started a new choir In September 2017 for the children in the Wakefield area. All three choirs are very well attended.

The monies from this project will go towards the running costs of the choir. This includes the venues, music leaders and T shirts. The choirs always wear brightly coloured T shirts which add to the vibrancy of their performance. Performing in these concerts gives the children with additional needs a great sense of achievement and enjoyment . The staff enjoy them too.
