Hey guys, I’m doing the tough mudder along side my sister to help raise money for a local charity to my sister called Frome birth talk. This charity really helped Tracy through a very tough pregnancy and birth where she felt she couldn’t understand her feelings and needed some help. I am so thankful she had this help from Frome birth talk and I’d love to raise as much as possible to help them carry on helping mums through tough births and emotions, as there is definitely not enough free safe places for mums to go.
