Trainees referred onto our popular Train4Work Assisted a Employment programme take a full and active part in all aspects of the business, getting practical opportunities to learn and engage in a variety of activities such as restoration of furniture, bicycles and lawn mowers Trainees are with us from 8 weeks to 6 months.We work in partnership with local agencies such as Northampton a Job Centre, Acorn Recruitment, Care Assured Supported Living and Berrywood Hospital Emoloyment Advisor
