I am completing a 50k in 30 days in support of suicide prevention for Men's Mind Matters.

Unfortunately I lost my beautiful brother to suicide 16 weeks ago and the devastation has been unbearable. He was the kindest, most beautiful person in all our lives and I dont want other families to have to go through what we are going through. We need to protect our brothers, sons, uncles, dads, and grandads in any way we can.
