The Cook family are joining the #May100
As a family we are pledging to get active during May to help Flamingo Chicks keep disabled children dancing during lockdown. We have each pledge £10 and will complete a 100 based activity during May.
Flamingo Chicks new virtual classes have been a great success with 20,000 views and families reporting they are a lifeline. Its a difficult time for everyone but if you feel able to donate to help Flamingo Chicks or want to get active and join the May100 thats great :D
Throughout the month of May we will;
Kevin - 100 bench presses using Maisie as his weights
Ella and mum - 100 stairs climb
Megan - 100 squats
Billy - 100 push ups
Dad - 100 mile bike ride
Ella Kevin and Megan are also getting active doing the couch to 5k
