for the first time ever i am taking part in the Great North Run 2023, i will be running for an amazing charity "Hug in a bag" my late auntie was one of the founding members and she was a trully amazing person, this year i have decided to undertake the GNR less then a year after knee realinment surgery and any support you can give me towards hitting my goal of £300 would be trully amazing
