As part of our Global volunteer month some of our UK members will be taking part in a mouth task see below:

Logistics

Cyclists will leave Watford early on Friday 10th October, riding in two stages: 

• Stage 1 – to Harwich, approximately 110 miles. We will overnight on the ferry and cabins will be provided so you can rest.

• Stage 2 – from the Hook of Holland to Eindhoven, another 90 miles. Overnight accommodation will be provided on Saturday 12 October. All meals will be paid for along the way.

• Stage 3 - DLL Runners will run Full/Half or Relay Marathon
