I am cycling from Florence to Rome in September this year for an incredible charity called SFC, its hard to put into words what this charity covers as they cover so much, they help all ages, from mentoring children to encouring sports to, even just checking in and having a coffee with you, their ethos is all about Kindness to all, they have helped myself and my family in so many ways but the biggest for me is believing in myself again. alot of you will know I've not ridden a bike since I was a child so this is going to be a Hugh challenge for me.

I am doing this cycle ride with Sporting Family Change. We are starting off in Florence and riding to Rome over 3 days. It will be tough up and down those hills but I know with their support I can achieve this
