This September I will be joining the amazing charity, Sporting Family Change(SFC) to once again partake in a cycle challenge. This time from Florence to Rome, up MANY, MANY hills!

This will be my second challenge with this charity and is going to be very challenging one for me. For those who know me, you know I am no athlete but with the support and training of this amazing charity I will hopefully make it in one piece through the Tuscan valley and up and down the hills of Italy.

SFC are based on kindness to everyone and aim to give opportunities through sport, to all members of the community, encouraging those people to achieve something they would never have believed they could.

They are with you every step of the way and make you believe you can do it, even when you doubt yourself!

Please give whatever you can as every little will help to support this charity to continue these events in the future.
