Cycling London Nightrider 2019 for Stripey

We enjoy a gentle cycle ride each week and decided we needed to stretch ourselves and looked for a challenge. We regularly volunteer at Stripey Stork and have seen first-hand what a difference they make in the community, so we chose them as our charity.  We discovered the London Nightrider 2019 charity ride and both agreed this was a good way to challenge ourselves and raise much needed funds for Stripey Stork. We will be cycling 50km around the centre of London, starting at 11.30pm on 8th/9thJune 2019.

Stripey Stork helps families experiencing hardship through the simple act of recycling.  Stripey Stork accepts donations of new and pre-loved items for babies and children.  As well as clothes, this includes cots, prams and other baby equipment. They work in partnership with support services to provide practical items that families need. During 2018 Stripey Stork successfully responded to 2,276 requests from referral partners.

We have never cycled this distance before, especially at night, so this will definitely be a challenge.   We are training hard and would appreciate your help in supporting us, and Stripey Stork, by donating on this page.
