I've signed up again to join MK Rugby club's Ring of Fire sponsored bike challenge. Raising funds for :
Willen Hospice - who provided fantastic care for Michelle (my wife) in her final days. Willen rely on fundraising for 85% of their running costs. In last year's RoF an amazing £32+k was raised - which is 2 days costs for the hospice
Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY)- working to reduce young people's deaths from undiagnosed heart conditions.

The Challenge : What should hopefully be an epic cycle from Paris & ending up still in 1 piece in Milton Keynes (350ish miles in 4 Days). The route (excluding wrong turns)
- Paris to Gisors
- Gisors to Dieppe
- Newhaven to London
- London to MK Rugby Club
