For those of you that know me i like my lycra and cycling!  Baz recently asked me to get involved in the cardiff half marathon for this charity and ty hafan.
So i have started running and training for something i have never done or thought i would!!
This is an amazing local charity and such a worthy cause.
Please could i ask you consider donating anything, even a couple of quid please and i will run like a loon for 13 miles or something like that! Thanks
