50km. 30 days. One reason.

In April 2026, I’m doing 50k to move for men and boys who are fighting battles you can’t always see.

I’ll be Walking it & Swimming it.

I will cover 50km across 30 days and hope to raise £100 to help keep men and boys alive.

Right now, too many men are struggling in silence.

Too many families are left asking why.

Movement can be powerful.

For many of the men we support, exercise is a lifeline.

A way to clear their mind, regain control and feel stronger.

I was almost a statistic, grateful that I’m here to be able to do my bit.
