I am taking part in Charity Fight Nation 6 on Saturday 1st December. This is for an amazing cause as mental health effects so many people and for me personally, it is a fantastic challenge and hopefully a brilliant experience. I am looking to raise as much money as I can for Tonic Music for Mental Health, a local charity based in Southsea who do amazing work to support those battling mental health issues.
