2026 marks a decade of the Ring Of Fire with MKRUFC, and I’m so proud to be actually taking part this year in the first Women’s 50 mile bike ride - via Milton Keynes, Towcester, Buckingham and Bletchley Rugby Clubs before finishing back to MK - supporting Willen Hospice,  Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) and Motor Neurone Disease Association (MND), along with our MKRUFC.
