The Demus Productions team of Nick, Struan, Linda, Willi, and Robyn are walking 10 miles to the home of Golden Friendships in Clydebank. We have been filming and supporting this amazing charity for 2 years now. This club opened up to help fight loneliness in the Clydebank area for those with disabilities and the elderly who were stuck in their houses. In 2 years this club has transformed some members' lives and created a welcoming environment with entertainment and friendship. With COVID many members have been forced back into their houses. During lockdown Jim McLaren and his team have been busy refurbishing their club, and need money to make it disabled friendly, with ramps and disabled toilets and adapting the club for wheelchair users. It's taking shape but it comes at a cost. They have to raise £70,000 to make it happen and we the Demus team are doing our bit.
