I've been running pretty much everyday since lockdown. But now, inspired by Captain Tom, I'm going to set myself a fundraising and running challenge. For 5 weeks, I'm going to run 5k, 5 times a week. Whatever the weather. However I'm feeling. This is in aid of Equal People mencap, a local charity which supports people with learning difficulties, autism and other complex needs.
