In September, I'll be running the 13 Valleys Ultra Marathon, In partnership with Gorilla Accounting. This is a 113 mile race, with over 7000m of Elevation Gain. This is in order to raise money for Men's Minds Matter and in order to bring attention to the benefits that fitness can bring to men's mental health.
