What is the Dry January Challenge?

For the entire month of January 2025, I am challenging myself to abstain from alcohol. This is not just a personal commitment to myself; it’s an opportunity to raise much-needed funding to make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most. By participating, I will be supporting the vital work of DHI in helping socially excluded individuals across the South West of England through their housing support, family and carers services, young people's programs, employment assistance, support for offenders and drug and alcohol treatment.
