Team Fundraisers
East Berkshire Golf Club is a well established members Club in the heart of Berkshire, established is 1903, with a long tradition of giving back and supporting local Charities. This year the Captain Marcus Swanston, and Ladies Captain, Jayne Mattey have selected The Link Visiting Scheme for the annual fundraising events. During the year the members will be encouraged to participate in numerous golfing and social events in order to raise much needed funding for this tremendous charity which supports older members of the local community who may become lonely and isolated. The Link offer support to individuals on a one-to-one basis through a volunteer network, building upon common interests, understanding and needs, and organising social events where groups can meet and socialise together. East Berkshire recognises this important work and is planning a full calendar of events, highlighted by a weekend of Fun and Golf in July. Please help our members support this worthwhile cause.
