Our Story

TEN years ago, Eloquent Dance started as a small spark a group of dancers with big dreams and a bigger mission: to use creativity and faith to change lives.

Today, that spark has grown into a movement.

We’ve built a home @ The Eloquent Arts Centre — a space that has nurtured hundreds of young people and individuals . We’ve taken our dancers from Birmingham to world-class stages. We’ve merged Hip Hop, Contemporary, and faith-led creativity to create something unique. And we’ve become a place where young people find not just dance training, but belonging, purpose, and opportunity.

But this is only the beginning.

Our Next Level Vision

We’re stepping into the most exciting and challenging chapter yet:

• Eloquent College (launching 2026) — A post-16 performing arts college specialising in Hip Hop, Commercial, and Contemporary dance, with a unique focus on building creative entrepreneurs.

• Youth Academy Expansion — More classes in NEW locations, more teachers, and a structured syllabus so our young dancers can train to the highest standard.

• National & International Opportunities — Touring, competitions, and collaborations to put Birmingham talent on the global map.

• Self-Funded Sustainability — Reducing dependency on grants by growing our earned income streams through studio hire, apparel, ticketed events, and digital platforms.

This next level requires investment, speed, and independence. We can’t slow down.
