A trio of GCW riders with a mutual love for Type 2 fun will be taking the extra challenge of cycling from Milton Keynes to the start of the 2019 Ring of Fire bike ride, which starts in Bordeaux.
Day 1 - MK to Portsmouth 230km (145miles)
Day 2 - Caen to Angers 250km (155miles)
Day 3 - Angers to Cognac 230km (145miles)
Day 4 - Cognac to Bordaeux 125km (77miles)
835km (520miles) in 4 days in time to meet the ROF crew in Bordeaux for dinner
This trip will lead onto the main ROF event which is to cycle from Bordeaux to Beziers in 4 days adding 650km (400 miles) to the legs. The aim of this trip is to raise funds for the continuation of grass roots rugby within Milton Keynes and all funds raise will go directly to Milton Keynes RUFC.
